At Itz Eazy Clothing, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued at our store’s discretion and require clear proof in the form of a photo, screenshot, or video showing the issue. Refund requests must be submitted within 7–10 business days of receiving your order.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise decided by our team.
We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet our requirements.
Exchanges
We do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
